Board of Directors
The operations of Dynaplast are under the management and direction of the Board of Directors. Composed of three members, the Board represents and is accountable to the shareholders of Dynaplast and assumes active responsibility in regularly evaluating the strategic direction of the Company, defining its management policies and monitoring the effectiveness with which the management implement these policies.
TIRTADJAJA HAMBALI
President Director
Born 1955, Board member since 1990
Graduated in 1978 with First Class Honors in Industrial Engineering and the University Medal from the University of New South Wales, Australia. Joined PT Dynaplast the following year as Director and also served as Treasurer of the Indonesian Plastic Association (1987-1988). At present, he is also a Director of PT Rexplast Corporation and PT Summitplast Interbenua, and is President Director of PT Sanpak Unggul. He also holds various concurrent, non-executive positions in several other companies.
ANDI HARTANTO
Director
Born 1954, Board Member since 2007.
Earned a Masters in Business Management from Prasetya Mulya in 1999. Mr. Hartanto joined Dynaplast as an Accounting and Finance Manager in 1988, and moved up the ranks to become General Manager of Accounting and Finance. In 2003, following an internal managerial development plan, he was transferred to become General Manager of a factory, followed by a promotion in 2005 to become Senior General Manager with responsibilities for 3 (three) of the Company's factories. In September 2006, Mr. Hartanto returned to head the Finance, Accounting and HR Departments in the role of a Senior General Manager. He was elected in 2007 by a general shareholders' meeting to become a Director of PT Dynaplast Tbk.
TOMY ARITANTO
Director
Born 1968, Board Member since 2005.
Graduated from St. Michael Polytechnic (ATMI St. Mikael) in 1990, and immediately joined Dynaplast as Section Head for printing Division. He was promoted to Head of Injection and Injection Stretch Blow Division in 1992 when Dynaplast expanded into the second factory in jatake, Tangerang. He then pursued this studies further wit a postgraduated degree from Presetya Mulya (1997-1999). In 2000 he was appointed Technical Advisor for BPC in Thailand. In 2004 he returned to Indonesia as Senior General Manager for Business Development and Overseas Operation, and as of June 2005 he is Dynaplast's Director of Manufacturing and Technical Operations.
